ERC fans to vote for best Fafe jump
Fans will be able to vote for the all-new Best Jump Fafe award, which will be judged during the two leaps over the iconic Pedra Sentada leap on the double-use Lameirinha stage today.
Votes can be lodged on the ERC Instagram channel throughout the deciding leg of Rally 6 Cities North of Portugal and Hayden Paddon, a two-time winner of the FIA European Rally Championship, says watching the ERC stars fly high over the jump is not to be missed.

“It is a unique jump as it has a very steep ramp and although it looks straight, it has a very slight kink to the left that it’s very easy to land on the right side in the ditch,” Paddon said. “Also, because of the steep ramp, you can’t take it flat, it’s generally a brake and down one gear, then accelerate as you go over the jump to keep the nose of the car up to fly flat. It’s a fast, four-gear jump keeping in the middle and be ready for the small kink to the right after the jump.”
The two runs of the Lameirinha stage are scheduled for 10:05 and 15:05 local time. Watch live on Rally.TV.
