They have entered the fast-paced gravel event in Karlstad from 29 - 31 May when the much sought-after golden throne awaits the eventual winner.
Round three of the ERC season has attracted a talent-packed entry, which includes five ERC event winners and a plethora of emerging prospects from across Europe.
Flying Finn Roope Korhonen tops the 19-car Rally2 entry as he looks to build on his debut ERC victory in Hungary earlier this month aboard an MRF-equipped Toyota GR Yaris Rally2.

He’s followed on the list by Michelin-supplied drivers Miko Marczyk (Śkoda Fabia RS Rally2) and Mads Østberg (Citroën C3 Rally2), who finished third and second respectively in Hungary, a result that elevated double Polish champion Marczyk to the top of the provisional ERC standings.
After retiring from the lead of ERC Staff House Rally Hungary with damaged suspension following a tyre deflation, Andrea Mabellini will be aiming to get his title push track aboard his Pirelli-shod Fabia.
Hanook-supported home hero Isak Reiersen, the Junior ERC winner on the Swedish contest two years ago, is next on the entry list with ex-Formula One racer Jos Verstappen following. The Master ERC Championship leader only has two starts on gravel to his name and has therefore made learning the priority in Sweden.
Reigning Junior ERC champion and Junior WRC title challenger Mille Johansson is the seventh seed followed by Sasa Olle, who was co-driven to the Master ERC Championship victory in Hungary by daughter Rebeka.

M-Sport Ford World Rally Team’s Jon Armstrong (Ford Fiesta Rally2) and MRF Tyres Dealer Team’s Stéphane Lefebvre complete the top 10 entries.
The inaugural Junior ERC champion in 2014, Lefebvre has switched from Hyundai to Toyota power for his BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia debut, while Armstrong is preparing to start the Swedish event at Rally2 level for a third time.

Philip Allen, who’s listed next, heads to Sweden on a high after winning the Power Stage in Hungary, where Polish prospect Jakub Matulka suffered an unfortunate retirement.
Multiple Romanian champion Simone Tempestini is another rapid driver aiming to bounce back in Sweden by halting his sequence of non-finishes, while Junior ERC graduate Max McRae, the nephew of the late Colin McRae, will be on a mission to continue his Rally2 initiation.
Kowax DST Racing heads north
Poland’s Dariusz Biedrzyński and Czech Martin Vlček are getting set to fly the Kowax DST Racing flag on BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia. The Hyundai-powered drivers are contesting the new-for-2025 Master ERC Championship and are a welcome addition to the entry this season.
Norwegians out in force in Sweden
Along with Mads Østberg, three of Norway’s most successful rally drivers, Eyvind Brynildsen, Frank Tore Larsen and Henning Solberg are lining up for BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia. Solberg follows in the wheel tracks of brother Petter and nephew Oliver – a two-time winner of the event – by tackling the second of three consecutive gravel-based ERC rounds.

Class acts with a need for speed assemble
Eight drivers will chase FIA ERC3 Championship points in Sweden. They include 2022 champion Igor Widłak, who heads the 2025 ranking following his class victory in Hungary, and French Junior WRC contender and fellow Ford Fiesta Rally3 driver Tristan Charpentier. Hubert Kowalczyk relies on Renault Clio Rally3 power, as do Błażej Gazda and Ville Vatanen. Croatia’s Martin Ravenščak and Polish teenagers Tymek Abramowski and Adrian Rzeźnik complete the Fiesta-powered attack. Meanwhile, Swede Victor Hansen is entered in FIA ERC4 in a family-run Peugeot 208 Rally4.
