The first of five fan awards, the ERC Livery of the Year vote features five nominees carefully selected by the ERC media team.
But the winner is down to you to decide with fans choosing their favourite from the shortlist via the ERC’s social media channels.
Here’s a reminder of who’s in contention for this highly sought-after award won in 2024 by the Castrol MEM Rally Team.
Simone Campedelli (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2, Rally di Roma Capitale)
To highlight Orange1 Rally’s Natures Drives Us initiative, Simone Campedelli’s Škoda Fabia Rally2 Evo carried a special livery during Rally di Roma Capitale “designed to visually portray the message of sustainability that we want to carry throughout each stage. The two sides of the car represent two faces of the same reality: on one side, melting glaciers. A clear and direct reminder of the visible effects of climate change. On the other, a lush green forest, a symbol of rebirth and hope, inspired by the project we are running in collaboration with Piantando. On the roof of the car, the two worlds meet: the skies of the landscapes on the two opposite sides of the car merge into one, a clear, serene, pollution-free sky. It is the horizon we aspire to, the one we want to race towards”.
Vittorio Ceccato (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2, Rally di Roma Capitale)
Having competed since 2004, Vittorio Ceccato made his long-awaited ERC debut on what was also his first Rally di Roma Capitale start back in July. And he did so with a stunning mainly gold livery. Better known for his exploits in the third-tier Trofeo Italiano Rally series, veteran Ceccato is embarking on his maiden Italian championship campaign in 2025. He was the ninth best Master ERC finisher after restarting on leg two.
Meirion Evans (Toyota GR Yaris Rally2, JDS Machinery Rali Ceredigion)
Inspired by the iconic Castrol livery that used to flank the factory Toyota World Rally Championship cars in the early 1990s, Meirion Evans is using the famous white, red and green colour scheme in the Probite British Rally Championship for a second season running in 2025 having won the ERC Livery of the Year award in 2024. He completed the ERC top 10 on JDS Machinery Rali Ceredigion last weekend.
Błażej Gazda (Renault Clio Rally3, all-season)
Poland’s Błażej Gazda, an ERC3 newcomer in 2025, has gone for a stand-out-from-the-crowd approach with a unique livery design applied to his Chmielewski Motorsport-run Renault Clio Rally3. Ahead of next month’s season-deciding Croatia Rally, Gazda is third in the standings, one place behind team-mate Hubert Kowalczyk, whose Clio Rally3 also carries a distinctive colour scheme.
Norbert Herczig (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2, all-season)
Multiple ERC podium finisher Norbert Herczig returned to ERC action after two seasons away with a striking yellow and black livery design in deference to sponsor Staff House. Initially competing in a Llarena Racing Toyota GR Yaris Rally2, Herczig switched to a Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 run by Baumschlager Rallye & Racing.
As well as the Livery of the Year poll, there will also be the opportunity to vote for the Most Improved Driver of the Year, the Quote of the Year, Drive of the Year and Rookie of the Year. All votes close at 18h00 CET on 22 September. The awards will be presented at the ERC Awards night in Croatia on 5 October.
