The countdown to the SEAJETS Acropolis Rally, round three of the FIA European Rally Championship, is well and truly underway as ERC regulars prepare for success on this legendary event.

Based in the town of Lamia and taking place from 2-4 June, the SEAJETS Acropolis Rally counts for ERC1, ERC2, ERC3 and ERC Ladies’ Trophy points as well as the revamped FIA European Rally Championship for Teams.

The event will feature 12 stages over a competitive distance of 229.74 kilometres with the action due to begin with the Qualifying Stage from 11h23 local time on Friday 2 June.

Alexey Lukyanuk, the winner of Rally Islas Canarias earlier this month, is set to contest the SEAJETS Acropolis Rally for Russian Performance Motorsport. He’s currently second in the standings behind Bruno Magalhães.

Round two of the 2018 FIA European Rally Championship is officially underway following yesterday’s launch in Las Palmas.

Russian Performance Motorsport will lead the FIA European Rally Championship for Teams by two points when battle resumes on Rally Islas Canarias next month.

Alexey Lukyanuk and Albert von Thurn und Taxis are set for an early Czech adventure when they contest Rallye Šumava Klatovy this weekend (20-21 April).

Laurent Pellier warmed up for his next FIA ERC Junior Under 28 Championship appearance with a fine second place on Rallye Sierra Morena in Spain yesterday (14 April).

Slovakia’s Martin Koči made a strong start to his national title bid with second place on Rallye Prešov earlier today.

Hubert Ptaszek, the driver known as Birdman based on a rough English translation of his surname, achieved new heights on his FIA ERC Junior Under 28 Championship debut last month.
