ERC2 champion impresses on world debut

ERC2 champion Wojciech Chuchała made a strong impression when he made his debut in the FIA World Rally Championship, finishing sixth in class on his home event, Rally Poland, last weekend.

Chuchała claimed the FIA European Rally Championship’s ERC2 crown in 2016 after winning the category on five events in succession in his Subaru Poland Rally Team Impreza STi N15.

Stepping up to a Ford Fiesta R5 for Rally Poland, the 28-year-old finished P19 overall alongside co-driver Sebastian Rozwadowski, who partnered him to Polish title success in 2014.
