Papp’s back for Érdi Jr in the ERC

György Papp will continue to co-drive Tibor Érdi Jr in the FIA European Rally Championship, his team has confirmed.

Érdi Jr revealed last month that he plans to defend the ERC2 title he won alongside Papp in 2017.

An Érdi Rallye Team spokesperson has now confirmed the driver line-up will remain unchanged during the upcoming ERC season when the Hungarians are expected to tackle five rounds of the all-action series in their Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X.

Papp is pictured left with Érdi Jr on last September’s Rally di Roma Capitale, where they scored a crucial ERC2 class win.
