New bonus scheme for Škoda-powered ERC teams

The incentive is available to all Škoda Motorsport teams using any of the Fabia Rally2 variants providing they register by 15 March.  

A prize package of €28,000 is being made available for each of the ERC’s eight rounds. The Czech manufacturer has confirmed that if a registered team wins an event with a Fabia RS Rally2, a Fabia Rally2 Evo or a Škoda Fabia R5, Škoda Motorsport will issue a voucher worth €15,000. The team finishing in second place will receive an €8,000 voucher with the third-placed entrant being handed a voucher to the value of €5000. The vouchers can be redeemed on orders of spare parts from Škoda Motorsport.  

Should a driver win the 2024 ERC title driving a Fabia, his or her team will receive a discount of €50,000 when purchasing a new Fabia RS Rally2 from Škoda Motorsport.

“With this prize, we honour the performance of our most successful customer teams in the ERC and offer them substantial help to fund their 2025 campaign,” said Lucie Bortová, Škoda Motorsport’s customer programme head.  

Škoda Motorsport will also support its customers at selected events with the provision of a spare parts service with more information available HERE. 

Michal Hrabánek, the Škoda Motorsport boss, added: “We support our loyal customers and motivate teams to run one of our rally cars. At the same time we are strengthening the position of the Škoda brand in the ERC.”  

Since 2012, the ERC title has been won on six occasions by Fabia drivers. Efrén Llarena was the last Škoda-powered European champion in 2022.
