Azores Airlines Rallye reveals logo for ERC opener

Azores Airlines Rallye organisers have revealed the official logo for the the FIA European Rally Championship season opener.

Featuring strong Azores Airlines branding and underlining the event’s 52nd running, the logo will appear on all competing cars, promotional literature and other printed materials.

The Azores Airlines Rallye kicks off the 2017 ERC schedule from 30 March-1 April. The event, which uses all-gravel stages, is based in the town of Ponta Delgada on the island of São Miguel, the mid-Atlantic archipelago’s largest.

The restructured FIA ERC Junior category, which has helped to grow the careers of 67 drivers since it was introduced in 2014, gets underway on the Azores Airlines Rallye next week (30 March-1 April) with 19 drivers chasing success – and future career progression – in two different categories based on age and car performance.
