Lukasz Habaj

Date of birth : 29/04/1975

Habaj, who started in 2003 and took Polish Peugeot Cup gold in 2006, graduated to the ERC in 2016 as the Polish champion after beating Bryan Bouffier by a single point in 2015. While a two-wheel moment on Rally Liepāja earned Habaj inclusion in the FIA Action of the Year 2016 video poll as the ERC’s nominee, his return 12 months later netted a maiden ERC podium. Frustrating results mid-2018 led to Habaj switching to a ŠKODA Fabia R5 for his home event. He finished sixth before producing the drive of his life to win the 2019 season-opening Azores Rallye.
