The 22-year-old moved into the ERC Fiesta Rally3 Trophy lead on the final stage of leg one and remained in front until the finish as newcomer Daniel Polášek and Martin Ravenščak rounded out the top three during the conclusion to the five-event 2025 season.
Irishman Coleman, who finished runner-up in the ERC Fiesta Rally3 Trophy on last month’s Rally di Roma Capitale, said: “We’re going in the right direction, we’ll have to do another rally and we might get first! We had a tough start with an overshoot on Saturday morning but I’m delighted to get the win. We showed we had the pace and I really enjoyed the rally from start to finish. Everything feels like it’s coming together more in the car and I’m kind of getting used to the rallies. I really enjoyed it.”
Having claimed the ERC Fiesta Rally3 Trophy lead with victory on Rally di Roma Capitale, Abramowski secured the title after Tristan Charpentier elected not to contest Barum Czech Rally Zlín. However, suspension damage on Saturday morning’s opening stage meant there was no lap of honour for the 19-year-old Pole, who instead settled for fourth place.
Compatriot Adrian Rzeżnik, 18, was also unable to go the distance, retiring from the lead on leg one and stopping on the penultimate stage on leg two having claimed seven stage wins across the weekend.
“We didn't expect that in my first start in this extremely difficult rally we would be fighting for victory in the ERC Fiesta Rally3 Trophy and in ERC3,” Rzeżnik said. “The car was running good, so we took on the challenge. Everything was going well until the second run of the Bunč. We also didn't finish the second day and the entire rally after a mistake on the penultimate stage. Of course, we are happy with the pace and the stages we won, but we are also aware of how much work still lies ahead of us.”
