History-making teen Alexandra Teslovan targets ERC gains
Alexandra Teslovan will make FIA European Rally Championship history this season, becoming the first female to compete in the ERC3 category since it became exclusively for Rally3 cars in 2022.
The 19-year-old from Romania, who has also registered for the ERC Fiesta Rally3 Trophy, will make her ERC debut on 43rd Andalusia Rally - Sierra Morena - Córdoba World Heritage Site from 17 - 19 April alongside co-driver and compatriot Mihai Supuran.
She said: “I’m verry happy, this is an important step for me and a valuable opportunity to learn at European level. It will be my first international experience in ERC3 and the ERC Fiesta Rally3 Trophy, so the main focus is to adapt to the car, build confidence and increase our pace stage by stage.”

As well as competing in the ERC for the first time, second-generation driver Teslovan, a Beyond Rally Women’s Driver Development Programme finalist in 2024, will get her first taste of international competition in 2026 following three seasons competing in her homeland.
She prepared for her ERC debut by winning her class in 11th overall on the Romanian championship season-opening Raliul Maramureșului last weekend, her first outing in a four-wheel-drive car.
