Wagner first entered the FIA European Rally Championship’s young driver category in 2017 and is now getting ready to challenge for the overall title in 2023 after progressing through the ERC ranks.
Kramer Jr, meanwhile, is hoping to transfer experience gained from the Croatian championship to the ERC when he embarks on his maiden European campaign alongside Danish co-driver Jeannette A. Kvick. Slovenian team OPV Racing Cars will run Kramer Jr, 25, and Kvick, 42, in a Peugeot 208 Rally4.
“After the successful season in the Croatian championship, which ended with the overall win in the 2WD class and in the Junior class, we are ready and focused to take the next big step in the world of international rallying,” said Kramer Jr. “The car for this fascinating season will be a Peugeot 208 Rally4 supported by the experienced Slovenian team OPV Racing Cars. We are happy to extend our cooperation with OPV Racing Cars for the 2023 season, which worked perfectly in the previous season.”
