Motorsport Ireland Rally Academy-supported Raftery was a Junior ERC rookie this year and impressed by scoring points four times in five attempts.
Following the completion of the Hankook-equipped Junior ERC season, Raftery has been tackling a busy schedule of events, which continues with the deciding round of the British Rally Championship this weekend ahead of her debut in the British Rallycross Championship from 4 - 5 November.
“I can’t wait to compete in my first RX150 race at Lydden Hill,” said the 22-year-old. “I’ve been rallying over the last two years, but this will be completely new for me. There are a lot of new challenges but I’m ready to take them on and I’m really looking forward to it.
“This is a great place for me to both have fun and to also work on my car control in something that is very different to what I’m used to, especially at a historic rallycross track like Lydden Hill.”
Raftery was the top female finisher in the two-wheel-drive category on the ERC-counting Barum Czech Rally Zlín in August. She placed ninth in Junior ERC standings in her first season at international level driving a Peugeot 208 Rally4.
