The top young driver in the new-for-2024 Rally4 Cup, which will feature events in Ireland and the United Kingdom, will be handed a dream career progression opportunity in the 2025 FIA Junior ERC Championship.
Northern Ireland-based firm Race & Rally is offering this exciting prize drive for its eight-round contest supported by Michelin Motorsport.
It’s open to drivers in Opel Corsa Rally4s and Peugeot 208 Rally4s with the Junior ERC incentive open to the Rally4 Cup Junior title winner.
The Rally4 Cup consists of four events in Ireland and four in the United Kingdom with a mixture of asphalt and gravel rallies included on the calendar. It comes complete with a €75,000 prize fund.
A statement from the Rally4 Cup organisers read: “With an emphasis on offering a breeding ground for talented youngsters, this exciting new cup will also be supported by Michelin Motorsport. Offering one of the biggest prize funds in national rallying, the Rally4 Cup will offer on-event prize money, plus a supported opportunity in the 2025 Junior ERC Championship for the Junior champion. The prize fund total is over €75,000 for the season.”
