BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia proved a big hit when it ran for the first time in 2023 as the FIA European Rally Championship returned to Sweden following a 20-year absence. The high-speed gravel event is back as round three of the upcoming 2024 ERC season from 13 - 15 June and it’s not to be missed.

What’s new? Organisers are already hard at work on the second BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia with more fan-friendly initiatives being planned for this festival-style event. A mid-June date has been secured for 2024 after the inaugural edition took place in early July.
What’s in store? The event is all about fast-paced gravel stages using spectacular flowing roads in the stunning countryside of Sweden’s Värmland, once home to the country’s FIA World Rally Championship winter counter. The Colin’s Crest jump was a 2023 highlight and is set to form part of the route this June.
What the organisers have said? Glenn Olsson, BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia CEO: “The event is going to be based in Karlstad and the rally will take place around Karlstad where Rally Sweden used to be based. The rally will be 50 per cent festival and 50 per cent rally. We hope for beautiful summer days and summer evenings with nice warm weather and a great atmosphere out in the forests.”
What the drivers have said? Oliver Solberg, 2023 BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia winner: “This rally is amazing, it could definitely be a world championship rally because it has the roads and it has the organisation to do it. I’m amazed and positively happy that it was so good. The Colins stage was incredibly fun to drive and Colin’s Crest was just amazing, amazing. I really enjoyed it.”
